I am currently investigating in the consequences of habitat connectivity on gene flow, hoping to elucidate its implications for population persistence
Project
Influence of habitat fragmentation on fish populations:
investigating the effects of migration barriers, such as dams and weirs, on the genetic structure of fish populations using microsatellite markers.
