Household-Centred Environmental Sanitation; Implementing the Bellagio Principles in Urban Environmental Sanitation - Provisional Guideline for Decision-Makers		This Guideline for Decision-Makers has been developed to provide first guidance on how to implement the Bellagio Principles by applying the HCES approach. Assistance is given to those willing to include and test this new approach in their urban environmental sanitation service programmes. Since practical experience with the HCES approach is lacking, this Guideline is neither comprehensive nor final, but will have to be developed further on the basis of extensive field experience. This document has been prepared in close collaboration between Eawag/Sandec, Kalbermatten Associates and the Secretariat of the WSSCC. Contributions by colleagues from IRC, GTZ, WEDC, and WSP as well as the support from the Swiss National Centre of Competence in Research North-South (NCCR North-South) are gratefully acknowledged. Assainissement Environnemental Centré sur les Ménages; Mise en pratique des principes de Bellagio dans l'assainissement environmental urbain - Directive provisoire à l'intention des Décideurs et des Planificateurs		Cette directive provisoire, élaborée par le Conseil de Concertation pour l'Approvisionnement en Eau et l'Assainissement (WSSCC) et Sandec, remet en question la pensée conventionelle et propose des principes directeurs comme base à la planification et à la mise en pratique futures des services d'assainissement environnemental.
