In mid-September 2006, Lars Müller Publishers in Baden released a book entitled «Who owns the water?» Eawag supported its publication through scientific and financial contributions. In addition to water-relevant and visual information on the topic of «Global water crisis», the book addresses the question: «Is water a tradeable commodity or is free access to water a basic human right?»
The book is available in German and English.
