Participants will get familiar with different communication styles and will understand the impact of a set of different cross-cultural norms and values. They will learn to choose an adequate communication style to bridge cross-cultural differences for better cooperation in a team. / Furthermore, they will acquire more flexibility in working across cultures and learn to accept and handle a higher level of uncertainty which is of paramount importance for achieving cross-cultural competence.
Finally, they will learn to overcome the so-called mis- and disfactors such as misunderstandig and disintegration and they will be aware of the potential of diversity for team performance.
