Registration by credit card

This page leads you to the registration form to be used only if you wish to pay your registration and accommodation fees at once by credit card. We suggest that you proceed with this registration and payment if and when you are reasonably certain to attend the conference.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer or you are a non-paying participant (invited speaker, confirmed grant holder or organizer) please go back to the main registration page and follow the link in the option number 1.

Once you are at the registration form, please make sure you select the proper price category in the top part of the form. If you are coming with an accompanying non-participant person, you can select and pay the fees for your partner too in one single registration.

Please note that the price for credit card registration are 60.- CHF higher than the bank payment option because of credit card commission and payment handling fees.

Proceed to fill in the personal data part of the form. If you select the fees for accommodation in double room, you can indicate, if you wish, a suggestion of a participant you would like to share the room with. Please also take a moment to indicate if you have any special food needs, so that we can take care of that with the conference venue's restaurant.

Once you will fill the form, you will be able to pay for the selected fees by credit card (Visa and Mastercard accepted). You will receive an invoice and confirmation of payment by email.

To handle the credit card payments, we use a web-tool provided by a company called Amiando AG. However Amiando is neither responsible nor involved in any other aspect of the conference organization: therefore if you have any questions concerning the online registration, the room booking or the payment, please DO NOT contact Amiando, but contact Paolo Demaria.
