Cancellation policy

1. Registration fee

• Registration fee of 300 CHF (200.- CHF for student fee): NOT refunded

2. Accommodation fees:

total paid fee minus 300.- CHF (200.- for student double room fee) for participants and full paid fee for accompanying persons

• From December 1st, 2010 until 15 days before the conference: 70% of the accommodation fee is refunded
• 15 days to 48 hours: 30% of the accommodation fee is refunded
• 48 hours and later: 10% of the accommodation fee is refunded
• No show without cancellation: no refund

You can cancel by email to Paolo Demaria (rcrc11@demariaevent.ch). The date of the email counts as cancellation date.

Refunds will be sent via bank transfer.
