Registration and prices

You can register and pay for the RCRC11 conference in one of the two following ways:

1) Payment of fees by bank transfer: fill this form to register. After December 1st, 2010 you will receive an invoice with all the bank coordinates to pay the fees via bank transfer.

If you are an invited speaker or a confirmed funded participant, please use this option to register and select “Free” in the “Payment method” field.

Please note that with this registration procedure you have the possibility of submitting your abstract directly upon registration. Read more about it on the abstract submission page.

2) Payment of fees at once by credit card: follow this link, read the relevant information and proceed to registration and payment.

If you want to submit an abstract and then register only after notification, please refer to the abstract submission page to read about the submission procedure and the timeline for review and notification.

Registration is open until January 14, 2011. The deadline for the payment by bank transfer is January 28, 2011.

Accommodation will be arranged by the Organizers after receiving the payment. Read more about it here.

Prices

The price for the “conference fee” includes accommodation for 5 nights, all meals, registration fee, excursion and conference dinner.

Conference fee:

• 1,490.- CHF (ca. 1,115 €; ca. 1,400 US$) for accommodation in single room
• 1,290.- CHF (ca. 965 €; ca. 1,210 US$) for accommodation in double room
• 1,190.- CHF (ca. 900 €; ca. 1,115 US$) for students with accommodation in double room
• 1,060.- CHF (ca. 795 €; ca. 995 US$) for accompanying persons

The above fees apply for the bank payment registration. For payment by credit card additional 60.- CHF will be charged for credit card commission and handling costs.

The amounts in Euro and USD refer to the exchange rates in early July 2010 and may vary even significantly with time. The fixed reference prices will be the ones in Swiss Francs.
