About Me

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Scientific Computing Group led by Jonas Šukys working on the DATALAKES project, where we are developing an accessible HPC platform for monitoring lake dynamics. Our goal is to integrate high-resolution 3D hydrodynamic simulations with Bayesian inference techniques to enable accurate predictions with quantification of uncertainty in the forecast model. The forecasts will be performed daily and available online for anyone who wants to see them.

In my previous life, I obtained a PhD in mathematics from the University of Texas at Dallas, where I developed a unified computational model for QEPAS and ROTADE trace gas sensors using a coupled system of pressure-temperature equations (thesis available here).
