I am a PhD student in the Department of Urban Water Management, supervised by Dr. Lena Mutzner and advised by Prof. Dr. Max Maurer. With a Masters degree in Environmental Sciences, my main research focus centers on bridging critical gaps in urban stormwater management by developing analytically sound and easy-to-apply field monitoring techniques for quantifying persistent organic micropollutants in urban stormwater. My work aims to contribute to enhance our understanding of urban stormwater pollution and thus to the advancement of sustainable stormwater management practices and the improvement of water quality in urban environments.
