Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis
Abstract
This introduction to “Multi-Criteria Decision
Analysis” (MCDA) combines Decision Theory with practical application and
computer-based decision support systems. The participants learn the basics of
prescriptive Decision Theory (MAVT, MAUT). They apply the theory by working on
an environmental decision problem in small groups. Outranking and descriptive
Decision Theory are introduced.

Lecture: 701-1522-00 L, ETH Zürich, Spring Semester 2013 on Tuesdays, 08.15-10.00
Rooms: CAB G 56 or NO D 39 (the rooms on specific dates will be announced later)
Registration: The number of participants is limited to 25. Registration is based on a first come first serve basis; registration period ends by 19.02.2013.
First lecture: on Tuesday, 19.02.13 in CAB G 56 (8.15)
