EnviMass

(1)	Having the RExcel+statconnDCOM software tools installed, the enviMass Excel worksheet have to be downloaded and opened in Excel. Please ensure that all settings for the protected view in Excel 2010 are disabled before opening: file>options>trust center>trust center settings>protected view.
	Note: With the download the user accepts the licence agreement.
	EnviMass full package (excel 2010) with example peak lists: EnviMass full package (zip file) The user must at no point disable any Excel Visual Basic Macro functionalities. The user must enable all workbook contents to be executed. The workflow is operated via the spreadsheet target_screening
(2)	Calculation of isotopic patterns in enviMass is based on the R package isopat. This package will be downloaded automatically at the appropriate workflow step. Further installation details are provided in the installation and FAQ section of the user manual. The manual also contains a getting started section. Further information on the statconn tools, as for installation and problem handling, is provided by the named website and various RExcel+statconnDCOM user platforms.
