System requirements

Hardware:	Standard PC
Software:	Windows XP or Windows 7 OP Microsoft Office Excel 2003 or higher

Input data formats

enviMass 1.0 loads peak lists in tab-delimited text file format (*.txt) as generated by the following peak filtering software:

- Thermo Formulator - MZmine 2 toolbox

For each enviMass 1.0 workflow, a textfile containing (1) a sample peak list and, optionally, (2) a blank data peak list is loaded.

Installation

For installation on PC with active internet connection:

- Microsoft Excel 2010 - R and RExcel - EnviMass
