Technical support

We highly appreciate positive and negative feedbacks from users of the enviMass workflow. We especially appreciate suggestions for improving or extending the software workflow. However, we are not able to give technical support on problems of program use. Instead, the technical support aims at debugging the workflow.

For technical support write an email to martin.loos@eawag.ch including details on occurring error messages, OS, workflow tool concerned and sizes of the underlying sample and blind/blank peak lists and the target internal standard lists.
