Data Analysis

In our data analysis room we have 4 computers (Mac and PC) equiped with dedicated analysis software packages including CLC Genomics Workbench, GeneMapper, GenMarker, Sequencher, PAUP, MacClade

For our larger population genomic analyses we use the internal computing environment at the ETH Genetic Diversity Center as well as the computational facility/cluster at the University of Berne both of which we are affiliated with
