Due to legal requirements, the responsibility to obtain the Rail Checks and reclaiming the Eawag contribution now lies within the HR department.

The relevant AHV salary also includes our benefits, such as Eawag's participation in general subscriptions, compensation for the Passepartout Job Subscription (KB) and the Eawag contribution for the ZVV Bonus Pass (DD), which exceed the annual amount of CHF 499. In concrete terms, this means that AHV contributions must be accounted for and declared on the salary statement for these public transport benefits.

As of 1 October 2019, all responsibilities for Eawag support in the public transport sector will thus be integrated into the human resources department. More detailed information about responsibilities can be found in the intranet.
