Department Aquatische Ökologie

I am a PhD Student in Florian Altermatt group at the University of Zurich.
My interests are really broad, as my background in biochemistry and environmental sciences shows. I am interested in understanding the mechanisms that maintain biodiversity and shape ecosystems. My research aims to merge theoretical and experimental approaches, combining laboratory experiments and mathematical modeling.  My main focus is the integration of migration and seasonality into meta-ecosystem models.
