Lucas Gobatti

PhD candidate in the Department of Urban Water Management. My current research goal is to reduce the amount of people experiencing heat vulnerability. To do that, I’m using microclimate models in which I assess water and heat dynamics in order to improve Blue-Green Infrastructure planning towards increasing evaporative cooling and thermal comfort. In easier words, I want to find where we place vegetation in the city to provide the best cooling performance to those that need it the most. A short version of my CV can be found below (main CV and major publications only). The full version can be found in my website: lucasgobatti.com.
