Maria Büttner successfully passes ETH Zurich's aptitude colloquium

On 25 August, Maria Büttner successfully passed ETH Zurich's aptitude colloquium and was granted definitive admission to the doctorate.

In the aptitude colloquium, the doctoral students defend their previously submitted doctoral plan. Successfully passing the colloquium is a requirement for definitive admission to the doctorate.

Maria Büttner presented her project on developing a data-driven approach to study genetic susceptibility to chemical exposure in non-human organisms. Her research focuses on characterizing pesticide-induced neurotoxicity in Caenorhabditis elegans and Danio rerio.
