The retreat provided a meaningful space to share experiences, listen to one another, and discuss both opportunities and challenges in our daily work. Through open dialogue and collaborative activities, we gained fresh perspectives on how we can continue improving the way we work together, and we left with a rich collection of ideas and concrete action points to build on.

Beyond the discussions, the day was also about strengthening our team spirit and enjoying time together in a pleasant setting in Maur at the Lake Greifensee. Laughter, good conversations, and moments of fun made the retreat not only productive but also energizing for everyone involved.
