This 3-day course focuses on the identification of freshwater Cyanobacteria using modern taxonomic approaches. It includes theoretical lectures covering systematic classification, ecology, and taxonomic criteria of Cyanobacteria, along with hands-on microscopic sessions for practical identification.
The course is designed for people with prior experience in algal taxonomy.
