The CAS One Health programme at the University of Bern is an interdisciplinary continuing education programme that addresses the interrelationships between human, animal and environmental health. It provides professionals in the fields of health and life sciences with a comprehensive and practical overview of the complex health challenges facing ecosystems, animals and public health today.
The CAS is relevant for professionals in the fields of research, healthcare, public health, administration and politics who wish to integrate a more systemic and interdisciplinary perspective into their work. It aims to strengthen systems thinking, promote cross-sector dialogue and build applied skills in One Health and Planetary Health – skills that are increasingly important for responsible practice, health system resilience and health policy at all levels.
