About Me

Currently, I am the research IT engineer/manager of the Mass Spec Facility, Eawag's cross-departmental cutting-edge lab for environmental mass spectrometric analysis. Moreover, in the NTSuisse project, I  lead the development of a Swiss web platform for the analysis of Liquid Chromatography High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (LC-HRMS) data for stakeholders from Swiss cantonal environmental, water protection, and drinking water laboratories. My background spreads from environmental engineering to computational hydrology, environmental informatics, data science and mass spectrometry. My current mission is to advance the digitization of environmental research.
