About Me

I am a doctoral student at Eawag working on the topic of Swiss pesticide governance. More specifically, I am interested in how and by whom public policy decisions as well as practical management choices to reduce the risks of agricultural pesticides are made and influenced. In my dissertation project, I combine Multi-criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) with Policy Analysis to investigate relevant decisions and decision processes. In general, I am very passionate about human interactions with nature and how resulting socio-environmental conflicts / sustainability issues could be solved, managed, or governed.
